After more than a decade working in the timeshare cancellation industry, I consistently observed a common problem: widespread issues with client case fulfillment. This challenge was echoed repeatedly by owners of timeshare exit companies across the industry. In 2019, I decided it was time to offer a real solution. That decision led to the creation of The Cancel Team, which has since become a standard in an industry that is constantly evolving.

With over 12 years of direct experience in the timeshare industry, I have an in-depth understanding of the sales tactics currently used to pressure and mislead consumers into purchasing timeshares. Throughout my career, I was promoted multiple times into leadership and executive-level roles, each of which provided deeper insight into internal operations. I participated in high-level meetings where cancellations were discussed and evaluated, giving me a clear understanding of what constitutes a legitimate complaint and how those cases are assessed internally.
